Our Team

Tine is Executive Vice President of Fidelity Residential Solutions, its Inspection subsidiary and Property Services division. Tine’s background in the national/regional title agent/underwriter field, as well as her years focused on relocation title, closing, inspections and appraisals, drive her Leadership role with an eye on the strategic growth of the companies. Her responsibilities within FRS encompass new product development, sales management and an emphasis on the customer experience through delivering enhanced service offerings that benefit our customers.

She is a sought after speaker at various national and regional real estate related conferences for her expertise in RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) compliance relating to U.S. real estate transactions.

Tine holds her SCRP and SGMS designations and has been a Meritorious Service Award recipient. Additionally, Tine serves on panels and committees for Worldwide ERC® and is a published contributor to Mobility magazine.
