Our Team

Mark Gronke is President of Fidelity Residential Solutions (FRS), Fidelity Inspection & Consulting Services (FICS) and Fidelity Residential Property Services Division (FRPSD). He is responsible for six national production offices with approximately 100 employees including our sales team, and is responsible to set the company’s strategic direction and lead its growth.

With over 20 years of experience in relocation and real estate, he has worked in the government, relocation management and real estate service sectors. He brings managerial experience across title/closing services, appraisal services, inspection services, supply chain management, real estate disposition, property management/rental and corporate housing.

Mark enjoys traveling with his family. He is an avid skier, an active volunteer for several charities and a coach of youth basketball.
