Laurissa is the Vice President of Operations, Real Estate Solutions at Fidelity Residential Solutions.

Laurissa has over 25 years of experience in the global workforce mobility industry. Her experience includes developing and executing global brand strategies, global service delivery across North America, client relations, business development support, consulting services, program implementation and project management. She exhibits strong collaboration skills and ability to engage across multiple functions, business sectors and geographies.

Laurissa has served on the Relocation Directors Council as a Relocation Management Company (RMC) Advisory Council for two terms 2014-2015 and 2020-2021. While serving on the RMC Advisory Council, Laurissa was a guest speaker, hosted educational webinars and contributed to the RDC regional conferences.

Laurissa is a member of Worldwide ERC and holds her CRP and GMS-T designations. She also holds a Real Estate Broker License in New Jersey and New York.
