Vice President - Director of Operations, FICS & FRPSD
Chris manages the daily operations of the Fidelity Inspection & Consulting Services (FICS) Inspection team and the Fidelity Residential Property Services (FRPSD) Valuation team with a focus on partnering with business development to ensure successful new client implementations and to explore process enhancements for existing clients.
Chris has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and holds the CRP designation. Chris has more than 35 years of experience in management and accounting and has been working in the relocation industry for the past 20 years in both the domestic and global markets. Prior to joining FICS, Chris was employed by a well-established Relocation Management Company as the Manager of the client accounting sector. As such, Chris led teams locally as well as in both Halifax, Nova Scotia and Bangalore, India.
